  • Arrive at your writing practice

  • Set your reading timer

  • Read

  • Take three deep breaths

  • Set your writing timer

  • Write your prompt at the top of your page

  • Focus on details

  • Write through your timer as fast as you can…no pauses, no editing, no wordsmithing…just write, write, WRITE!
